I should just like to commend Jonathon on his excellent customer service when dealing with my enquiry today. I was in a state of panic after being told by Age Concern that I could not continue with cover from them as I advised them I had a new medical condition to report on my travel insurance but they gave me your number. From the beginning of our conversation he took charge reassuring at every step not to worry he was here to help and was very confident which helped me immensely. I feel he is a credit to your organisation and this should be recorded it’s not often you get exemplary customer service these days. I shall be passing this on to friends and family so I’m sure more business will be coming your Company’s way.
