Watch wildlife at the world’s first national park
Yellowstone in the USA became the first national park in 1872. It has over 2.2 million acres of land, meaning plenty of space for animals to roam free. While you’re here, keep an eye out for large animals such as moose, bears, bison, and elks. There are several wildlife-watching tours in the park that allow you to explore with an expert.
Alternatively, Yellowstone is known for its Geysers and hot spring areas. These hydrothermal features are a popular tourist attraction and Norris is one of the hottest. It is part of the world’s largest active volcanoes, also called Yellowstone. The geysers erupt every 20 – 80 minutes so this is where you are most likely to witness this phenomenon.
