I needed a Travel Policy that was going to cover me and the family for my recent trip to Turkey and also provide cover for my medical condition. I chose Free Spirit as their prices were very reasonable and the staff were very knowledgeable about the product and both helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family and will be using them again for my next trip abroad.

From the moment I contacted you for travel insurance for my husband and myself it was a positive experience. The questions we were asked relating to our medical conditions were plainly dealt with, with no complicated lists to go through. My husband is 88 yrs old and has a circulation problem and it is such relief to find someone like Free Spirit who would cover him. I also had a problem with cover for high blood pressure, under active thyroid and depression. One insurance company, when I read the small print would not cover me if I had a stroke which was linked to my hbp! I had to cancel the premium and thankfully my money has been returned. So again to find that Free Spirit would cover absolutely for any eventuality means that our month long trip to Australia can go ahead smoothly.
I have used Free Spirit on several occasions now, and I would recommend this company to everyone. The customer service teams’ knowledge, support, understanding and patience make dealing with your queries a lot less stressful than a lot of companies, and in my eyes an added bonus. No hard selling, a policy that gives me peace of mind and safety, as the only company I have found to have a one and only policy to include my carer and lastly a fabulous price. What more could someone ask for? Thank you to all the team for your continued support and help.
Free Spirit dealt with me in a kind and courteous manner which was very pleasant after being told by the travel company that they couldn’t insure me because I was over 70 years of age.
