I've gone through a quote and it's asking me to call in, why is this?

I'm going on a cruise, what do I do?

Be sure to select the cruise option so you get the correct level of cover. If you would like a single trip, make sure you add each country you are interacting with or if you are looking for an annual multi-trip, just select the correct geographical area. How will I receive my documents?

An email will be sent to you to access the documents, this will ask you to confirm your details so you can create an account and easily access the documents 24/7. How long are quotes saved for?

Once you have completed a quotation, they are saved for 31 days subject to any changes.

I'm trying to purchase a quote I did last week but it won't let me, why is this?

Make sure you check everything is still filled in, or if it is an annual multi-trip, it might be that your start date is now in the past. If you have checked this and it still won’t let you continue, please call us on 02392 419080 and we will be more than happy to help.

How do I renew a policy?

For renewals, you should receive a reminder approximately a month before your policy is due to expire. The renewals will keep your basic details such as your name and address, however you will have to go through the medical declaration every time. You can complete this either online, or by calling us on 02392 419080.
