If you intend to participate in any sport or leisure activity, you must ensure that your usual treating G.P. is happy for you to do so and that you follow the safety guidelines for the activity concerned and where applicable you use the appropriate and recommended safety equipment. This would include the use of safety helmets, life jackets, safety goggles and protective clothing where appropriate.

Cover under Personal Liability is excluded whilst participating in any activity involving the use of airborne, waterborne or under water craft, (other than manually propelled row boats, punts, canoes and sailing dinghy’s), mechanically propelled vehicles (other than golf buggies used on golf courses and not on public roads), firearms and arising from the course of your employment. Personal Liability is also excluded when participating in any racing activity.

You are covered for any sport or activity listed when participating on an amateur basis.
