How many happy holiday memories do you have? Enjoying – and remembering – holiday memories is important to all of us. At Free Spirit, we believe that travel transports us away to special places – to create memories with friends and family.
At the beginning of summer, we launched a competition. We invited you to share your favourite holiday memories with us for the chance to win a £100 Red Letter Days Voucher.
We enjoyed viewing all the photos and holiday memories everyone shared and are grateful for each photo you sent us via email or on Facebook. Some photos were high quality. Others simply shared a heartfelt message.

Angela took her 12-year-old daughter to New York City. It was a fantastic mum-and-daughter trip after really bad times. Together they had lots of fun over 10 days. Angela’s photo is unusual – it looks like it was taken on the spur of the moment.
Martin’s photograph of his Mom. His favourite holiday memory is the last holiday before his lovely Mom passed away. It was taken in Porthmadog, Wales where she would stare out at the sea for ages – she absolutely loved the beach.
Donna revisited beautiful Nerja with her husband – when he was fit to fly. Although she nearly lost him three times, they got to return to Spain’s Costa del Sol twice.

We chose Linda because she appears to be a very free-spirited lady. Her trip, photo, and memory shared is extraordinary. Linda (82) travelled to Uganda to do some volunteering work. Here she is with some newly born twins where she volunteers…
